Loan Monitoring

We provide commercial, residential and land development construction draw inspections for lenders throughout the Northwest. These loan monitoring services include detailed reporting and photographing of the conditions observed during that particular site visit. During the project visit, the monthly pay application is reviewed line item by line item so that we may assess the accuracy of the funding request. We also report on the overall condition of the site and the current construction activities.

For commercial construction projects, we typically meet with a representative from the General Contractor to discuss or clarify any questions we may have regarding stored materials, scope clarifications, etc. Any discrepancies in the pay application will be brought to the attention of the client via the report. We provide these draw inspection reports in a timely & accurate manner so there are no delays in the approval and/or funding of the monthly project disbursements.
