About UsBo Oswald | Principal - Commercial Construction Bo was born in the eastern Oregon town of Ontario and raised just south of Portland. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Business Administration minor. Following graduation, Bo began working for a large Portland based commercial construction firm. During this period, Bo was a Project Manager/Project Engineer and worked on several different large scale projects in the Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA area. Bo then left to begin working for an Oregon based Restaurant Chain as their Construction and Development manager. Since 2004, Bo has completed multiple ground up development projects in 5 western states (a full project and professional history is available by clicking the link below). Bo’s hobbies and passions include Fly Fishing here at home and around the world, Bird Hunting, Skiing and Traveling. Bo and his family currently make their home just south of Portland, OR. Rob Phillips | Principal - Residential Construction Rob is a native Oregonian who was born in Portland and currently resides in Raleigh Hills. He graduated from Oregon State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies earning a triple option in Economics, Sociology & Anthropology. He also earned a minor in Business Administration. Shortly after graduating from OSU Rob started Oregon Inspection Company which is a Northwest leader in residential construction draw inspections. Over the past several years, Rob has grown the company from one individual client to 30+ and still manages its day to day operations. In 2008, Northwest Loan Monitoring began offering new residential services to it's customers. This gives Northwest Loan Monitoring the ability to provide comprehensive commercial and residential construction draw inspection services. Rob’s hobbies include attending Oregon State football games, skiing & enjoying all of the wonderful restaurants in the Portland area. He and his wife are only months into parenthood and are keeping extremely busy with their newborn son. |
